The Easter mindfulness kit is the kit for those of us that need to switch off and lose ourselves in some mindfulness art therapy. Whether we’re escaping from the hustle and bustle of work, the stresses of life, or we’re just at home for a few days looking for something to pass the time. The perfect gift for a friend or family member or just a lovely treat to yourself. 

This super lush kit comes with three laser cut ply wood shapes, an egg, a bunny and a duck…. Obviously! All of which you can paint and decorate. 

You also get some of Mrs H’s finest paints, a brush and dotting tool so you  can do some seriously intricate designs. The more intricate and detailed the design the further from life’s worries and stresses you’ll find yourself, and a more relaxed and mediative state you’ll find, it’s a little letter box of love from me to you 🥰 

I’ve also included a ‘happy me’ or ‘peace’ organic tea and a beautifully scented ‘spring flowers’ tea light, making the experience even more relaxing and calming. 

All designed, made and finished by Mrs H in her Devon studio. Suitable for indoor use only, home decoration, this is not a toy.
